Charter Financial Group Medicaid benefits includes inpatient hospital services, outpatient hospital services, physician services, medical and surgical dental services, nursing facility (NF) services for individuals aged 21 or older, home health care for persons eligible for nursing facility services, family planning services and supplies, rural health clinic services and any other ambulatory services offered by a rural health, laboratory and x-ray services and various other benefits Charter Financial Group determines both the amount and duration of Medicaid benefits offered under their programs.Charter Financial Group Medicaid benefits are operated as a vendor payment program. 

Charter Financial Group is allowed to charge small deductibles, coinsurance and copayments to certain Medicaid recipients and for certain services Charter Financial Group are not allowed to charge copayments for emergency care and family planning services. 

If you currently pay for health insurance or Medicare coverage or have the option of getting that coverage, but cannot afford the payment, Charter Financial group Medicaid benefits program can pay the premiums under certain circumstances.
